The MultiNest Eco is the perfect sustainable storage solution. Made from 100% recycled plastic, the MultiNest Eco crate is a strong, durable, and long lasting environmentally friendly alternative to a standard plastic crate. Suitable for commercial use within a variety of industries, the MultiNest Eco is also ideal for storage in your shed, garage, and around the home. A stronger and longer lasting alternative to cardboard boxes, the MultiNest Eco is designed with the environment in mind. It withstands damage that non-plastic alternatives would be vulnerable to and it has been built to last, so it can used time and time again.

Collapsible bale arms mean that the crates can be stacked on top of each other when full, or nested inside one another when empty to save space. With good ventilation flow and drainage, wipe clean material, and easy label removal texture, the MultiNest can be repurposed to meet any storage requirement.

Manufactured in the UK at our factory powered by solar energy, the crate is produced using injection moulding, a process that creates little-to-no waste. The MultiNest Eco can be recycled again at the end of its life.

Description

The MultiNest Eco is a standard-sized plastic nestable bale arm crate, made from recycled polypropylene. The MultiNest fits in seamlessly with common storage, distribution and point-of-sale display systems making it the perfect choice for use within the retail and manufacturing industries. Whilst wooden and cardboard storage alternatives might seem to be an ideal environmentally friendly storage option, the MultiNest crate is able to be used time and time again, and can be repurposed to meet any storage requirement. Using recycled plastic means that the crates are not vulnerable to water damage, and won’t splinter or rip.

The bale arms are strong and collapsible, allowing you to stack the crates when in use, or nest them inside each other when empty to save space. The crate also features easy label removal texture and can be easily wiped down to clean. The MultiNest Eco is built to last, and can be reused time and time again. To allow easy transportation, it can be stacked onto our Universal Display Pallet (UDP) to help to reduce the need for single trip packaging.

The MultiNest was designed with environmental responsibility in mind – made from plastic injection moulding, there is little-to-no waste in the entire production process. As the plastic injection moulding process involves injecting plastic into an exacting mould, only the exact quantities of material are used to create and shape the final product. Any excess material can be re-ground, melted, and used to create the next moulding.
