Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from Regen but, if you do change your mind, here is our Returns Policy.

To be eligible for a refund & returns you must notify us (sales@regenproducts.com) within 30 days and return the product at your own cost. The product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged or used in any way.

You are expected to cover the cost to return the item. Please ensure the item is well packaged as we are unable to provide refunds for products that are returned to us damaged.

Opening and closing times are 08:00 – 16:00pm, Monday to Friday.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and if the item is in a re-saleable condition we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement so please keep this in mind.

If the product is damaged in any way or you have initiated the return 30 days after delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund.
