How much does Shipping cost?

Good news! We offer free delivery to mainland UK.

Do you ship outside of the United Kindom?

We are currently only accepting orders through our website for mainland UK delivery. However if you would like to place a large order or have a trade requirement, please Contact Us to discuss alternative shipping options and other benefits.

Do you provide tracking updates?

The contact details you provide when processing your order will be used for shipping and delivery updates. As a result of this, you may receive shipping notifications directly from the courier.

Terms and Conditions

Subject to the order and payment being accepted, we shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days if the goods are in stock, and in any event within 30 days (beginning the day after you place your order). If we are unable to dispatch the goods within that time frame we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

If there are any issues with the processing of your order or payment, we will contact you. However if you have not received an update from us and wish to get in touch, you may request an order update using the details on our Contact Us page.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.
